My Great Grandmother Florence was sent to a residential school as a child and told my father and uncle Randy stories of the atrocities she experienced. As more and more unmarked graves are found across Canada we need to honour those sweet babies who never made it home. We have so much work to do as a country and it starts by supporting Indigenous communities as try to navigate this trauma. An Indigenous artist named Corey Bulpitt allowed us to use his beautiful LOVE graphic to print on tees with 100% of the proceeds going to the Indian Residential School Survivors Society.
I am wearing a size Large in the picture and I am usually a size 12.
