Refund policy

ONLINE: refunds only applicable within 30 days with tags attached to unwashed, unused and unworn goods.   

No online exchanges. If you need a different size, ship your first order back and purchase the size you need and we will refund you for your first order once we receive it. Birch Hill Studio only refunds for shipping if you received the wrong item or if the item is defective or damaged.

IN STORE: refunds or exchanges accepted within 14 days of purchase. All goods must be unworn, unwashed and unused with tags attached and you MUST have receipts.
