Very pretty sugar bowl, 'Victoria' design by Arcopal. Made in France. Milk glass bowl with floral design and swirl top lid. Would also make a lovely trinket/jewelry dish or cotton ball holder. Very feminine.
Measures almost 5" high, 4" diameter at top of dish. Excellent vintage condition. No chips, cracks or wear.
